Multinet Group has evolved from an initial one unit functional organization into a flexible organizational structure suited to its specific needs. The affairs of the Company are guided by a Board of Directors including a Chairman, a full-time Managing Director and nine Directors.

The day-to-day functioning of the Company is looked after by the Managing Director, assisted by directors and a Board of Management.

The divisions of the Company are broadly divided into project specific domains which are the Information Technology division manned by the team of professional at Samanny Infotech Services Limited; Oil and Gas Division managed by Multi-net Systems while the Civil and Infrastructural Division is handled by Billnetwork Limited. This is amplified in the Organization Chart of the Company.

The project specific domains are cost centres responsible for the management of projects within each division from conception to implementation stage utilizing a matrix blend of organizational resources thereby facilitating the availability of human and material resources as at when required. These divisions work within approved budgets and are required to earn profits.

The divisions are also centres of excellence for various disciplines and provide specialized technical input facilitated by the highly competent and experienced engineers and other discipline professionals who have the capability to tackle problems of intricate nature.

Each division in the MULTI-NET GROUP is responsible for the quality control of the work being produced by it. Quality control is achieved by standardization of work procedures and performance of internal reviews. Excellence in quality and professional output is ensured through a well defined and well established Quality Management System.
