There are opportunities in the Nigerian Gas sector for which Multi-net Group is seeking for strategic partners to exploit together. Multi-net Group has good expertise, knowledge and strong backing in the Nigerian Gas Sector.

Proposed Project Briefs

1.0        Arranging Financial of Gas projects

There is a Nigerian Gas Master Plan that envisages some seven (7) Central processing Facilities and several kilowatts of pipeline (Funding upstream/Downstream projects).Total estimated Investment outlay is USD 33.0 billion up to year 2015.

 2.0        Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Opportunities:

Strategic Partners must demonstrate technical and financial capability to participate in the LPG value chain.

Purchase & export of LPG in line with international standards over a 12-24 month renewable tenure (availability of LPG vessels, ownership or long term charter basis ) Exploit under investment in domestic supply of LPG in Nigeria, particularly transportation by road tankers. Projected need is 2,500 tucks but only 170 tucks are in the market (2007). This will satisfy Governments Local Consent Requirements.

 3.0        Natural Gas Liquids (Condensate) Export

Strategic Partner to demonstrate ability to purchase, availability of ships and proof of end user/market capabilities overseas.Supply of cargo barges & vessels.

4.0        Foreign Procurement of spares and engineering services for Natural Gas Plants and Nigerian liquefied Natural Gas plant at Bonny (similar plants to be cited in Brass and Olakola).There are opportunities to engineer Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) . Establish skills acquisition and training services.

5.0        Natural Gas Pipeline Ownership, Construction & Operator Services

Dredging, Civil & Structural projects in swampy terrains

3rd party access contract for regional (West Africa) and domestic supply on existing network (License for ownership & operations)

Security of Gas Infrastructure (security surveillance contracts, patrols deployment of personnel to ensure security of facilities)

 6.0        Marginal Field Concession and Operatorship

Strategic Partners will have opportunities to bid for Oil & Gas marginal fields on offer by the Federal Government
